AD or DA does not happen within the flash.

Especially in e.Digitals case....the main focus of the patents is not on those processes.

Converting analog to digital signals requires a lot of processing.....mainly for sampling....that is not going to happen within flash.

e.Digital manages digital signals after they are processed.
