What does she mean precisely ? I don't get it.

What I understand is : "OK, the proper construction of the phrase should be mine, which is not exactly the one of the defendant nor the one of the plaintiff. Moreover, both parties agreed that if my final verdict is in favor of the Defendant the case is over, right? So you have 30 more days to let me know what you decide."

So they may now say ... ok, it should not be case-dispositive ?

and "the Court’s construction is not precisely aligned with that urged by the Defendants"... so, this leaves enough room to DM to go against a ruling in favor of the defendants ?!

Is this a final verdict? Or may DM use those 30 days to "counter-claim"?

This is really weird.
