Infringers As 174 Future Customers

Don't you think that eDigital really wants the infringers to continue to use our patents in the future? (Thus our ongoing DM negotiations while we wait for MH)

I want the infringers to continue to use our patents, but also pay a reasonable penalty for being an infringer in the past.

The amount of the penalty would be decided by HOW MUCH FUTURE business we will be doing using our patents (a customer for our new company). The LARGER the future business, then the SMALLER the penalty.

If you do not want to do business in the future with eDigital, then you are going to PAY BIG.

Also if we can settle on the terms of agreement for future use before the MH, then we will settle for XX. If you want to wait, then it will be XXX.

I think it is like the new company will be starting with 174 customers that will be already signed to a future sales contract.

WE NEED TO WORK TO GENERATE AND SUSTAIN THE ACTION IN FRONT OF US AND NOT ALWAYS FOCUS ON THE PAST
