I'm not saying your bashing, you are assuming that and being defencive.

My consideration of your comment for "win" is DM's some what questioned commitment ....are they giving it there all in these settlements?

DM's and e.Digitals considerations of a win may/will be different than yours..where those types of details will never be known publicly..
