I would think that after all the time invested into a stradagey for Edigital, that budget numbers was arrived @ for the Ninteen Defendants, by DM.

Considerating just Nokia and HTC, two of the largest hand-set mfgs in the world, the figure for this Markman Effort must be a couple hundred million. These two co's could pay that by themselves, and if the others are added in, even at nominal numbers this is big.

Those offering ideas of little compensation do not fully understand the liabilities and stakes.

Also, who was the company or companies that approached us with out be sued? Was it Apple...Intel.
