Add in the 5+ year wait for this one, which we call the security or encryption patent pending, from Fred's email reply 3/24/11:

"The only other patent that's still pending is the one I mentioned in the webcast that we filed the RCE on (SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURELY TRANSMITTING DATA TO A MULTIMEDIA DEVICE)."

Brings us to 8.
