Check out the title, including short and long term investments.

My comment was based on the cash position.

They have 13+ in short term securities and 36+ in long term, or approx 50 billion in addition to the 16 in cash, total of about 65.

I doubt they would consider selling the securities, therefore cash is approx 16 billion as I stated.
