This sounds encouraging to me. Because if the attorney bails before loosing the case, it keeps his record clean.

Customer: " Have you ever lost a case?"

Attorney: " Never!"

I'm wondering what take others have on this development.

Also interesting to me is that this comes before "THE" PACER. Why not a week or a month ago? Why now? And what does the attorney know? Did they settle??? If not who is the replacement?
