You can bet that others are deeply involved in this new market venture, especially the leaders in the industry. We have to hope that the test partnership mentioned is a major player in the market.

Even with 3 patents stated, there are probably many others already filed by other technology leaders. Let's hope ours in unique and covers aspects not covered by others.

Timing is critical to success, if we are not involved with a Samsung, Sony, Nokia, and other major market share companies, then late with a small volume minimal market share company will do very little in this highly competitive segment.

If the technology is integral to a cell phone chip, manufactured by an Intel, or others, then our success probability is improved versus working with an individual cell phone manufacturer.

We need more detailed information to properly evaluate our future participation as was related in the CC.
