No that's not what I said! I regurgetated something you refered to / an opinion of yours.

I said it was taking so long that maybe and i hope you are right about the judge reviewing all claims due to finding in our favor on 1 and/or 2. I hope this is the case. No news out there to my knowledge just rehashing opinions and or dreams/wishes that have already been said. Venting my frustration, and I said in my opinion and did not say fact. I also through TEAC in there that they may have caught wind. But i suppose you think caught wind is the same as fact????
