Let me make it perfectly clear.

Rp has 30 days to exercise his options per the email I received from Fred, that's January 15, 2011.

He has 325k option at $.09 per share which I believe he will exercise if he has the extra money to spend. he will get approx $40k in January as part of his departure.

He also has 250k option at $.155 which I don't think he will exercise since the purchase price exceeds the current market price.

He also has warrants whcih represent 1,000,000 shares of common that he can wait to purchase since the expiration is June of 2011. The option price is $.10.

He presently holds approx 3.8 million shares of which 2.8 were prior purchases and another 1,000,000 was converted from 10,000 preferred stocks.

Hope this clears up the confusion.
