I view it as as a non-event

this reminds me of a girl wanting to rid herself of a dull boyfriend and then when he decides to leave, suddenly wishing he hadn't up and left!

while a nice fellow, totally replaceable and I like the burn rate lowered for the moment, and possibly those monies put to better use in engineering
