Tim advised me on Mon, he was having a surgery on Wed and would not be on Agora for a few days.

He put me in touch via email with a Brother-in-Law, who will inform me accordingly asap.

I do not know the nature of the procedure, just that Tim wants me to advise the board when his Bro-in-Law makes contact.

If you are so inclined, have Tim in your thoughts.

This is all I know for now.
