I strongly disagree with the opinion that BPJE has nothing to offer to this board. His contribution amounts to another perspective that balances the wild, sometimes, irrational expectations that have been advanced on this thread about prospective law suits and associated expected damages. I will believe them when I see them and not a minute earlier than that.
