Gee, how about all of the pontificators talking of a buyout at $24.00 a share. A 6 billion dollar investment with comments from management state that they expect several hundred million from the patent lawsuits. Please show me the facts to back up an investment the size of this speculation.
There are no facts to support that we will indeed sue Apple, much less win, but we weed through dozens of posts, yet don't criticize each comment. Does anyone have information to indicate that Apple is in the cross hairs of DM?
Some of us get tired of the constant hype and overzealous comments about all the great things in the future. I'll get excited when these wonderful things come to fruition.
We all follow the important events that edig provides and we all follow the patent litigation and have enjoyed the success to date, but we have a long way to go before all see the fruits of our investment.
Some of this board call what the current known facts are as being negative, please explain why known information is negative. Everyone doesn't have to be gung ho to meet with the standards of others who like to express nothing but an extremely positive attitude.
Let the board discuss both sides of each issue.
