That DM is willing to go for broke to Markman or get as much as you can out of who you can? Why or would it be smart for a legal firm to go for all or nothing?

DM must clearly indicate their willingness to go all the way without any hesitation otherwise the point is mute and shows a sign of weakness.

It would be rather nice to know what we own ($$$$) at some points after ten years.
