David C. Dotson was admitted to the bar of this Court on

September 10, 2010. Mr. Dotson joins L. Norwood Jameson, Matthew S. Yungwirth, James Y.

C. Sze, Heather U. Guerena, and Leah J. Poynter (also of Duane Morris LLP) and Natalie

Hanlon-Leh and Jared B. Briant (of Faegre & Benson, LLP) as counsel for e.Digital Corporation.

I noticed he was admitted on 09/10/10 and joined them ( the Team) on 09/23/10, the question is was he admitted to practice in Colorado on purpose to handle this high profile case that will make history to Dm and Edig and build our foundation for future suites, I know we have tough defendents and Dm is Going full force to prove these companies infringed on edig's tech wilfully or unwillfully but no matter what, they have to pay for what they took that did not belong to them in the first place all IMO of couse.

also curious does his initials D. C. Dotson also could mean Demanding Cash Soon ( or thatsoon) right ater our favarable Markman? only time will tell.

Best wishes and GLTA
