As usual, You are reading too much into this event. Look up the time line mandated by Statute for USPTO to ACT, one way or another, within certain times given them to ACT...

This could be one explanaation for the current EXAMINER to bail out of the case and get his pay check...Lol...Lol...

As long as we have DM I am confident we shall do the best EDIG could hope for in this matter...
