Supposing they file their APPEAL, and the Patent is granted. Does that make it less likely there will be a USPTO RE-EXAM filed by defendants in any law suit making a claim based upon it?...Lol...Lol...Lol...

Just trying to cover all the basis. Haven't heard anything about a RE-EXAM for couple of weeks...Lol...
