How long after the Markman does the judge rule

How long after the Markman does the judge have to make a ruling ? So we might not know untill spring 2011. I don't see how Robert is going to get micro-cap funds interested this year. Looks like more buying opportunity, hope I'm wrong. Sure would be nice to see a $ buck.
