And sometimes you show your ignorance of what is going on by not reading the prolix writings of parties submitted to the Court jostling for positions that are favorable to their side.

Specifically, read the PACERS by defense that sought to have a Markman Hearing before there was any discovery by the parties; something stange indeed. And read the pacer that stated DM'S position that there should be a regular Markman Hearing, and parties should complete their discovery before the date set for the Hearing...

And if you don't like my lexicon you can stop reading it and ask your other favorite interpreters of what is going on...
