That's true.

However Aug 3 the pps was $.12 and it closed today at $.12, so no big deal to the market. We may have to wait until mid-November to see how the Samsung settlement impacts the price.

It would be nice if edig would announce the settlement amount and terms after the agreement is finalized in late September.
