It looks like from the ZEN Sedar Filing that only AE is going to participate in the Rights Offering. No other insiders or BOD. My question is I am sure the CFO and other top managment folks were in on the planning of this Rights Offering and then the BOD probably had to approve it.

Which makes me wonder why they would all have a hand in it and then not participate, but expect all of us to participate. Unusual at best.
