I think that would depend on what kind of financing it turned out to be. If they take 10% of the company for 3.50 /share I can't say I'd be happy with that. That's a big chunk of the company for not a lot of recompense. This would be the beginnings of how a company gets sold out cheaply. I would like to see even less a pp and the resulting dilution and low sp.
