Most rule out a Hostile Bid, as do I, therefore any acceptable first offer bid lies within the NDA’s, whom have tested the product, have a proved commercial pilot plant process and have longevity in life of mine with known economics.
A ZEN backed Bid Offer before PEA seems plausible.
IMO, a Consortium with End-user and gov’t backing, USDOE and Industry Canada supporting a North American Miner and End-users the likes of Tesla (Li-ion and Fuel Cells) and in Canada, Ballard (Fuel Cells) and Mercedes in BC (Li-ion and Fuel Cells) with Ford and Chrysler alliance.
None of this rules out a bidding war, once a negotiated formal offer becomes public, even if backed by the ZEN Team.
