One of the things that was discussed with AE at the PDAC was a hostile takeover attempt. AE was quite emphatic with this discussion. He said a BoD or management of any public company that owns 1M shares out of 100M shares have zero control of the company in reality. He expressed clearly that ZEN has maintained a very tight share structure and between the shares owned by company insiders and friends and family, the ZEN BoD and management have complete control of this company. There is absolutely no way that anyone could pry ZEN away from them without giving the full value that they believe it is worth. Any discussion about a cheap takeover is complete BS and will never happen, period!
The confidence exuded by AE at the PDAC can be described as velvety. He is in complete control here and has strong support from the federal and provincial government along with industry participants. The 2 research projects with the US department of energy that were found by GMA are an indication of what is happening behind the scene with ZEN. This is one of those once or twice in a lifetime situation in the stock market that can really change your life if you can see past the bashers and the delays.
