I agree with Hoov. I have dealt with a few non-disclourse style agreements as well and there would be no buying and selling of stock. This would include insiders buying more to support the stock. Basically a freeze on buying and selling for anyone involved.

Very unfortunate, but Aubrey has weaved his way through various milestones and issues so he will have to do so again. Obviously, this is a critical period with the Cliff's selling, the PEA and the 20+ NDA's to deal with. Aubrey will be earning his keep this summer and fall.
