Starting Today, is NOT a better investment than ZEN going forward?
“Many flipped in to ZEN. I honestly believe in the long run that will be a big mistake. That is nothing against ZEN, but from the current levels I see a much larger return in noront than zenyatta. There aren't too many that don't see the upside in noront, it isn't a matter of "if", rather "when". I am of the belief it will come soon enough. In the form of infrastructure announcements, financing or a buyout. I also believe that many will pile back in noront, but at a much higher price. We will see. Timing will be key. Some Facts:
ZEN has corrected 50% since the $5.00 high 26 July 13, however, is still up on the year from $0.80 some 287%.
Buying NOT anytime over the last 3 years would be a negative return.
The clear answer of which stock was a better investment over the last year, is Zenyatta but that was not the assumption by djje.

My question, if and when “Infrastructure” is finally announced, what then, how does Noront fund development of a mine with such a large CAPEX required, with an already bloated 250M F/D float and such a low SP, though concede after such announcement the SP will appreciate until hitting the wall, consideration of the dilutive factors of Financing as they come to the table.
For disclosure, I own both stocks, much more of a ZEN position but have purchased some NOT a few months back at $0.34 thinking an infrastructure announcement was imminent. Not so, another false move. Majority of Noront holdings are down 90% from the $2.30 level.
As for the news front, Noront is at the mercy of ON Gov’t and First nations, and is only buying time until the settlement between all parties, and before critical Infrastructure Announcements. Quite the opposite for ZEN news (too much ongoing to list)
Near-term imo, the potential return in ZEN is much greater.
