fouremm...if Newco remains a subsidiary of ZCC post-reorganization I would agree wholeheartedly. We just don't know why management decided to make this move without the full explanation behind it. Why now? Don't forget we saw this movie play out already with the formation of Spinco. Where did that get us?
This reorganization will not bring in one dollar to the treasury. That is what's needed very badly. Be interesting to know how much this reorganization will cost in legal fees and how they will pay for it.
Perhaps the AGM will uncover the mystery and we will know what's behind the green door and the secret it's keeping. :o)
