Zenith Epigenetics

Newco will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Zenith Capital Corp. The proposal for the Jan. Mtg doesn't mention anything about anybody getting shares in Newco. If you now own Zenith shares you'll still have the same shares and own everything Zenith owns now. I think the 34.4 is for now just a number. I guess I just can't shut up!! PVLee
