Then after Newco is spun out publicly you can sell your Newco shares and still keep the ZCC shares. That's why I say too don't get stuck on the 34.4 million...it's probably just for all the paperwork...."
I see no way for us to have "an equal number of shares of Newco as we currently have in [ZEC]". Newco will own all the assets of the Corporation (excluding Royalty Preferred Shares) and have 34.4 million shares at $1 US per share, i.e., Newco will be valued at $34m US. The only way I see to get there from the current 103 million shares ($1 US each) is to reduce our shares owned (in Newco) by 2/3.
