Why is it that Foley always plays the victim? Why is it that he always being "screwed over" by those he deals with in business? For example.
First halt - TSX officials had it in for him and there was a conspiracy theory against him. We heard about officials, respresentatives that didn't like Foley and that Big Oil was going after the little company with a big dream.
Auditors - We hear how the auditors overcharged WWF. I know there is a governing body just like the law society of Canada, and Foley had every right to ask around for quotes to get the best possible price for shareholders for auditing the financial statements. All we heard was how they continued to delay, how much they charged and how criminal their actions were. Wrong.
Bouvier deFont - Now we are hearing how Bouvier has screwed us and there is a winding up petition. There are threats of a lawsuit as well. What a joke.
At this point we have all had enough and even the last few who were optimistic are done with WWF. Foley is a used car salesman at his best and an inept individual who cannot even handle travel receipts. Clearly there has been a mismanagement of funds and a lawsuit should be filed on behalf of shareholders immediately. A criminal investigation should ensue and all parties will have to be held accountable and explain exactly where funds were distributed.
We may have lost our money here but there will be some satisfaction seeing Foley behind bars. Enough is enough.
