On or about October 29, 2010 we read that...

Our Project Finance consultant has received confirmation from his source bank of a MT 799.

This confirms that funds are in account, segregated and ready for wire line transfer.

An MT760 is the next step. Its the SWIFT transfer Bank to Bank.

The MT760 process is to be effected next week.

It is from this source of funding Winfield will pay down audit, accounting and filing fees to list on the CNSX.
