Please remember that this company is not in the business of putting properties into production but to take property with potential and explore them. If they can prove up mineralization to the point where another company (an SGR or an HBM) will option the property from them, WEL would make the money and the value to shareholders from the agreements they make with those other mineral companies who are production minded.

WEL is not about just the gold but also other base metals and would not be attractive to another company unless all of those assets are acretive to the company. HBM might want all the northern properties if they were worth something to them, but not Rice Lake.

SRG would want all of the land in the Rice Lake area, but not the Northern land package.

Burntwood might interest VALE or whoever owns the INCO mine these days.

I personally am excited over the Burtnwood project right now, but I have always thought the value would be in WEL's base metal plays.
