I would rather simply convert my shares of WEL for SKP shares and SKP could have the whole enchalada..... SKP would thus gain significant market value, SKP commitments would be reduced and thiieir land position and intrests expanded.

SKP could JV out the base metals plays to other base metal explorers in the Snow/ Read lake area... there are many potential canidates for those projects.... VMS, RCR , CAA, CMA and others. I'd rather not have my cart hitched to this managment team any more... personal opinion.

Huge potential, but no market support. Investors new and existing buy and support their investment when they have confidence in the project and managment.... and that certainly is not shown up in the trading activity.

Just seams we have one issue after another.
