Hey SKP how does 1 for 5 sound?

I think WEL is worth much more than that. As an exploration company, they might do an option similar to the one SGX just did in Timmins. I am sure that SKP covets the Mike Power and perhaps the Poundmaker. Some shares and some cash would be appropriate with WEL retaining an interest.

SKP's last financing was for somewhere in the neighbourhood of 4-5 million FT and an even larger amount in non FT shares. I can't recall however it was around 12 million I think. You would have to wonder what they are going to do with all that non flow through cash. We could be way off base on this speculation, however the possibilities are endless.
