Victory is set to go into production in the Frac sand space in late Q1-2014. This will add cash flow that should see a re-rate of the share price. With more fracing expected in the Monteneys there is going to be a high demand for quality frac-sand.

Right now, this is all the action, and I would think that some players/funds are getting in now before the year end as a rebalance or tax loss place to park some money. If the share gets a re-rate, a 10 cent increase would show major %ages in the portfolio and would take the pressure off to find better in the second half of 2014. Bonuses are the name of the game for small cap funds.
