Neville, how quickly things change with China's announcement this afternoon.

Strange because you would think China has less political pressure than anybody - none in fact.

So why did they cave?

1. Genuine concern. Perhaps. Maybe they need to check out placement of the new plants to make sure they aren't in quake risky areas
2. They know that any such announcement would drive down the price of Uranium and companies mining it, making it easier for them to acquire greater resources.
