Why would anyone sell millions of shares at such low prices? One possible answer is the Pink Sheets market maker had/has millions of shares on his books when trades were halted last year. And, "perhaps" due to a range of possible reasons, there were/are new bids coming in despite the hault. Well, apparently Pink market makers in the "unregulated' USA will allow trades when there's even a little money to be made. So....it'll be damn interesting to see what happens on the Pinks if there should happen to be News (or not).
