Scotr, I don't think the market yawned at all, the bid/ask during the halt was .09, it ended up at .10 on Friday, up more than 10%, and it is early days.

We have to recognize that the share price has been artificially stabilized because of the impending deal, so what looks like a market yawn is something else entirely. But the value is there and will increase as the vision becomes clearer.

If the deal falls through both share prices will certainly tumble which tells me it will go through okay. Santa Fe has huge debt to two major mine credit firms, Waterton and Sandstorm. It is unlikely to be able to get more capital, and the lenders are unlikely to get any of their capital back if Santa Fe goes bust. It will be interesting to see what the deal is that Tyhee was able to make with the creditors to get relief on the debt, I bet it was significant. Ike
