That's his opinion. I could dream up other fantastic fatalistic scenarios far worse.
However, it seems unlikely that a company delivering a robust Feasibility Study with an estimated one million plus ounces of gold reserves would sell off its asset for a pittances. I've never heard of gold reserves purchased for less than $100-$150/ounce, have you?
Minimally, at that price, Tyhee's worth would exceed $100m, close to a four bagger. This, of course, doesn't take into account the Blue Sky potential at Clan Lake, Goodwin Lake, and Oro Lake.
On the other hand, if he's correct, then shareholders will get a "35% premium" when the selloff occurs. That's not bad.
My advice to you (and JP) at these prices, BACK UP THE TRUCK.
