I just noticed that today, February 9 would have been the deadline:

"regarding Tyhee NWT Corp.'s LUP renewal application for use of the

Ormsby and Nicholas lake site for continued advanced exploration. The

existing permit MV2005C0001, expires February 9, 2012.".

But fret not...the Board declared (whew!!!):

"Board staff believes that the LUP application can be granted as the

concerns raised by reviewers can likely be addressed following discussion

with the Board on the draft terms and conditions."
