Of course such a thing is possible but I am not certain TDC is that close to being a miner. I know of at least one company with a bankable feasibility that hasn't been able to get reasonable financing. And the "unnamed" company that does this type financing is not rare or unusual. In all truth, the scheme is nothing more than hedging production for a loan. There are many, including conventional lenders that make such loans. Franco Nevada, SLW, Gold Wheaton, some funds, etc., all do some of those type loans. It is being patient for the right deal that matters.
I am also not certain that stock price behavior is bound by history. To remove the economy and market climate from charting a stock price without those factors is misleading rather than a guide to expected behavior. I am not confident that the recent hub postings of Guru commentary and charting considered those issues. Context is always relevant but often missed. Ron
