Doing a financing is not difficult, nor is it an endorsement of a company's value. TDC's value is different for each one of us. A large financing that doesn't gut the company is however difficult in this environment and it remains to be seen whether the financing is sufficient to start ordering long range equpment or just sustain us another year or two and whether it is for shares, or a bought deal. Don't hype the PR. It will speak for itself. Ron
