"Spider, in accordance with its support agreement with Cliffs, has cancelled the special meeting of Spider shareholders that had been scheduled for July 8, 2019 to consider the proposed merger between KWG and Spider."

if cliff gets enough votes to block the merger ,is it not one year before we can vote again ? if there is no vote and cliff backs out because conditions are not met,then couldn't the vote for a merger proceed. people have to remember that tendering your shares to cliffs does not mean that they have to buy them. in my opinion , cliff seems to want the right to cheat the small guy however it chooses.
