I love it. The timeline now fully placed on Cliffs. If they come back with a tiny increase they risk it being voted down with KWG surpassing it ...but the clock will run out and merger date will kick in. Cliffs I believe will have no choice but to come back with a substantial offer....don't forget..we will have valuation in hand by then , In fact I think they already know the value and will play it as the last card. Good for us small guys,
