KWG has matched the CLF offer, and the amalgamation vote is proceeding as planned.

We now have 7 business days left until the vote.

CLF now has to respond to this new decision by the BOD and time is growing very short for them to do so. Once they respond, if it is deemed a superior offer, KWG will still have 5 days to counter it.

KWG still has one more round of ammunition that it could use, so it naturally follows that we will still see one more round after this one. Whatever response CLF has, it cannot start the clock running on the 5 day thingee until Monday morning, and KWG will have until 12.05 tuesday July 6th to respond.

July 6th is also the deadline for accepting the CLF offer, and they will know then whether they have a chance at stopping this amalgamation. If there is any doubt in their minds we can expect a killing blow to be thrown at us late Tuesday or early Wednesday July7.

This is working out like clockwork, and you can bet NN and crew are keeping it right where it should be.
