I received 3 sets of packages

1) A 13 cent offer from cliffs....ignore this

2) A package from spider recommending rejection to the cliffs 12 cent offer and a reference to the 16.5 cent offer....ignore this as well

3) Spider notice of special meeting package and voting proxy forms for the proposed amalgamation....the proxy deposit date is July 06 and they request that your voting instructions be received one business day before (july 5).....this is the one that needs your action. Vote (for) yes, for both items 1 & 2, to vote for the amalgamation.

I hold spider shares in 4 different accounts, so I have received quite a bundle of paper in the last couple days.

All shares voted for amalgamation!!
