I think that when they started to bid on Freewest they low balled it somewhere around .30 cents and ended paying a dollar. If the same happens to Spider we could be looking at somewhere around .405 cents. I'm sure Cliffs has a plan in relation to what they are willing to pay for Spider and that they knew after Freewest that the origional offer of 13.5 would be scoffed at. They start low and if one compares %'s I would say that around .40 cents is achievable and likily.
