A nice story with a happy end, in reality every company is working for its shareholders. Some companies do a good job, Cliff is one of them and some do a lousy job, like management of FWR did. CLF management's job is to get the rest of the property they own for the lowest price, they have been elected by their shareholders. KWG/SPQ management's has a highest price as a objective. The two sides are doing their job! This company Cliffs is a company that has no moral. Don't let you influence by companies like Cliffs: they are simply not worth it. You could as well bad mouth "the adverse team goalie" maybe you should realize that he plays for his team.
